No. The system is built to bring leads in and move them through your pipeline. If you already have a list you want to work from, we can do that too.
That depends on what you already have. If there are tools in your current stack that do the job, we work with them. If you want to replace something or you do not have tools in place yet, we will either use what you choose or recommend what we use.
We handle the build. Most clients are running in two months or less, depending on how complex the project is. You get trained before we hand anything off.
Outreach, follow up, proposal writing, contract signing, and client onboarding. Voice call handling and lead generation are available as optional add-ons. Together they cover the full path from finding a lead to a signed client.
Yes. We work inside your current systems where possible. During discovery we go through what you have and figure out what fits the build.
We monitor it and keep it running. If something needs to change as your business changes, we handle that. You are not managing the system on your own.
The system is configured to your process, not a template. We have deployed it across service businesses with different sales setups. During discovery we figure out if anything specific to your business needs to be built in.
Yes. The monthly fee covers monitoring, maintenance, and support. Operating costs are separate. That includes any software, AI usage, or third-party tools the system needs to run. Those are always the client's responsibility.
Voice call handling is available as an optional add-on. It covers inbound calls as well as outbound outreach for leads who respond better to a call than an email. If you want it included, we build it into the system.
Lead generation builds lists of potential clients that match who you want to reach and feeds them into the pipeline as outreach targets. It is an optional add-on. If you already have a strong lead source, you may not need it.
